Shop where you see the Global Refund Tax Free Shopping logo and simply ask for your Refund Cheque.
Stamp
Show your purchases, receipts and passport at the border then have your Global Refund Cheques stamped.
Refund
Collect your refund in cash at nearby Cash Refund Office, or mail back the Cheque to Global Refund for direct crediting of your credit card or a bank cheque sent to your address.
The VAT/GST rate in our country: 10%/20%
Your refund amount is the VAT/GST less an administration fee.
Min. spending amount (VAT/GST included) in one shop on one day: 75,01 €
Max. time from Cheque being issued to validation by customs: 3 months
(plus month of purchase)
